About the Role

Optimus Medical Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and well-organized Executive Intern to support the day-to-day operational activities of the organization.

This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical corporate experience, develop professional skills, and understand the functioning of a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day operational activities.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, reports, and other office records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in maintaining bills, invoices, and other insurance documents.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure assigned activities are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Perform other coordination and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Any graduate; candidates with a B.Com, BBA, BA, or other relevant degrees are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email applications.




- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work full-time from the office 9:30am to 6pm.
