Overview: We are looking for an experienced IBM Planning Analytics/ TM1 Developer with hands-on expertise in developing planning solutions, building reports and working with financial planning and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain and enhance solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
- Design and build reports, dashboards and templates using Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW).
- Work with Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) for reporting, analysis and financial planning requirements.
- Support financial planning, reporting and consolidation-related initiatives.
- Understand and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-6 years of overall experience,



with strong hands-on expertise in TM1 development.
- Practical experience with IBM Planning Analytics, including TM1, PAW and PAfE.
- Experience in developing reports and templates using Planning Analytics Workspace.
- Ability to articulate at least two TM1 development projects and explain individual contributions.
- Sound understanding of financial processes such as Group Accounting, Treasury and related financial planning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Robust numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different organisational levels.
