Department: FFO (Customer Relationship Desk)

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Robust communication skills in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other relevant tools/applications is required.

- Prior experience in customer relationship management, customer support, or call handling is preferred.

- Candidates should have a keen interest in customer communication roles and possess the adaptability needed to effectively perform and grow within the position.

- As per the new contract renewal requirement, tele selling skills and previous experience will add value .

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
