Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits, community meetings, and outreach activities in assigned areas.
- Identify eligible participants and explain program benefits, eligibility, and enrollment requirements.
- Build relationships with community leaders, local institutions, NGOs, and other partners.
- Support registration, document collection, and enrollment.
- Follow up with participants to encourage attendance and program completion.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, enrollments, and follow-ups.
- Gather community feedback and report participation barriers to the project team.
- Work toward agreed outreach and enrollment targets while ensuring accurate information and respectful engagement.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in the local language.
- Ability to build trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic smartphone, data-entry, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas.
