Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Executive to manage daily operational activities, customer communications and case documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle emails and respond to queries as per SOP.
- Manage WhatsApp queries and customer communications.
- Handle customer onboarding calls.
- Process IVR data, transcripts and callbacks.
- Update and maintain case records.
- Manage documentation, data entry and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case handling.

Required Skills
- Valuable written and verbal communication.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Email and customer query handling.
- Documentation and data management.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow SOPs.
- Time management and multitasking.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Must be comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
