Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA Articleship / Semi-Qualified CA

- 1. Key Responsibilities

Preparation, review and filing of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.

Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase registers and identification of ITC mismatches.

Verification of Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility, reversals and reconciliations.

Preparation and filing of GST refund applications and related documentation.

Handling GST registrations, amendments and cancellation procedures.

Reconciliation of books of accounts with GST returns and identification of discrepancies.

Assisting in GST audits, assessments, departmental notices and GST litigation matters.

Preparing GST workings, reports,



MIS and compliance trackers.

Coordinating with clients for GST data collection, documentation and timely return filing.

Keeping abreast of GST notifications, circulars, amendments and regulatory updates.

Technical Skills

Required

Solid understanding of GST laws and compliance requirements.

Practical experience in GST return filing and reconciliations.

Knowledge of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.

Working knowledge of GST portal and departmental procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and accounting software.

Understanding of Input Tax Credit provisions and GST reconciliations.
