Position: Technical Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly energetic, sharp, proactive and technically sound professional to provide direct assistance to the Director. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, quick responsiveness and the ability to actively track discussions, meetings and management-level action points.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical and executive assistance to the Director in day-to-day business activities.
- Attend management and technical meetings, prepare accurate meeting minutes and circulate discussion summaries.
- Track decisions, action points, deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups with respective departments.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Production, Sales and other departments for technical updates.
- Review technical reports, project updates, presentations and management documents.
- Consolidate data and prepare reports, presentations and MIS as required.




- Proactively identify pending matters and ensure timely closure through regular coordination.
- Facilitate communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent technical understanding of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Highly active, alert, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
- Sharp analytical, observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong documentation and meeting-summary preparation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand instructions quickly, multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of ownership, confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Profile
- Experience in PEB, Construction, Infrastructure, Engineering or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Candidates with robust technical knowledge and excellent management coordination capabilities are preferred.
