EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CMD & CEO

V2 Retail Ltd. is looking for agile, highly organised and result-oriented professionals for the following positions:

1. Executive Assistant to CMD

- Manage strategic projects, trackers and leadership action points.
- Coordinate with HODs and senior stakeholders for timely updates.
- Organise leadership meetings, prepare agendas and circulate MoMs.
- Support board meetings, investor interactions and compliance coordination.
- Manage CMD's calendar, travel and official communications.
- Track store expansion, warehouse and other strategic initiatives.

2. Executive Assistant to CEO

- Manage business performance trackers and cross-functional projects.
- Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare business review presentations and performance dashboards.
- Track KPIs, KRAs, milestones and action points.




- Coordinate with Operations, B&M;, SCM, Finance, HR and IT teams.
- Support CEO's meetings, calendar, travel and special assignments.

Eligibility & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator or Project Coordinator to a CXO.
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and MIS reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong follow-up, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
- Retail, FMCG, E-commerce or multi-location business experience preferred.
