Role & responsibilities

1. Follow up with customers and sales teams for outstanding payments.
2. Monitor and maintain customer outstanding reports and ageing analysis.
3. Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates in CRM software.
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to outstanding payments and collections.
5. Maintain and update Excel trackers for payment status, collections, and receivables.
6. Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to resolve payment-related issues.
7. Reconcile outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
8. Ensure the accuracy of customer records and payment information.

Preferred candidate profile Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in Credit Control, MIS, payment follow-ups, or receivables management.

Qualification- Any Graduate
