Rajwaa & Epiphany is looking for an experienced and agile Event Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of creative IPs, mall installations, large-scale art installations, experiential events and thematic productions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production and execution of creative IPs, mall installations, events and experiential projects.
- Oversee fabrication, installation and dismantling of thematic setups, stages and large-scale structures.
- Manage production planning, BOQs, budgets, costing and vendor negotiations.
- Coordinate with 3D designers, creative teams, fabricators, contractors and technical vendors.
- Supervise on-site production and installation across malls, event venues and outdoor locations.
- Prepare production schedules, execution timelines, material requirements and manpower plans.
- Handle vendor sourcing, procurement, logistics and material management.
- Ensure quality control, structural safety and adherence to approved designs.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Take complete ownership of on-ground operations, troubleshooting and final handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in event production, IPs, mall installations, exhibitions or art installations.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, structures and production techniques.
- Proven experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, costing and vendor management.
- Excellent project management and team coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage production teams, contractors and multiple vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle on-site execution and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as per project requirements.
