We are looking for a technically capable and detail-oriented Estimation & Tendering Executive with experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry. The candidate should be comfortable reading architectural drawings and shop drawings, interpreting BOQs, calculating quantities and preparing accurate quotations and commercial documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Study and interpret BOQs, architectural drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Read dimensions and measurements from AutoCAD drawings and calculate material quantities accurately.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates and cost calculations.
- Prepare client quotations, proforma invoices and commercial proposals.
- Review client purchase orders and verify quantities, specifications, pricing and commercial terms against submitted quotations.
- Prepare supplier enquiries and purchase orders for procurement of materials.
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery-related documents and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain product pricing, technical details and availability.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to clarify technical requirements and ensure accurate quotations.
- Maintain quotation records, BOQ files, purchase orders and invoice documentation.
- Follow up on pending quotations and support the sales team with timely commercial submissions.
- Assist with tender documentation and project-specific cost estimates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in an interior fit-out company, construction company, architectural hardware company or a similar industry.




- Ability to independently read and understand architectural drawings and shop drawings.
- Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, quantities and material specifications.
- Practical experience in BOQ analysis, quantity take-offs and estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for viewing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other commercial documents.
- Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines accurately.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in interior fit-out companies, architectural hardware, doors and partitions, building materials or construction project estimation will be preferred.

The candidate should be able to understand a shop drawing, identify the required materials and quantities, prepare an estimate and convert the requirements into a skilled client quotation with minimal supervision.
