Job Summary

We are looking for a Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate project cost estimates, quantity take-offs and material calculations for facade projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Study architectural drawings, BOQs, tender documents and project specifications.

- Prepare quantity take-offs and calculate material, labour and other project requirements.

- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, quotations and commercial proposals.

- Coordinate with the Purchase and Project teams to obtain material rates and technical inputs.

- Compare vendor quotations and evaluate costs to support competitive pricing.

- Identify discrepancies in drawings or BOQs and seek necessary clarifications.

- Maintain estimation records and ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

- Robust analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

- Relevant estimation experience preferred; freshers with good calculations and fundamentals may also apply.
