- At least 1 year of continuous experience with one employer in software implementation, ERP or billing software support, accounting software, POS implementation or functional consulting.
- Practical customer-facing experience in understanding business processes, configuring or setting up software, preparing or importing data, training users and supporting customers during go-live. Candidates with full-cycle implementation experience will be preferred.
- Basic accounting and GST knowledge, including invoices, purchases, stock, receipts and bank entries.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including preparing, cleaning and organising data for import.
- Ability to explain software processes clearly and train both business owners and billing staff, in person and through Google Meet or Zoom.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi. Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam will be an advantage.
- Any graduate or diploma holder (BCA, BSc, BCom, BE or equivalent).
- Willingness to travel/Stay 2-4 weeks to customer locations as required.
