About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Sell-Side Equity Research Analysts with robust fundamental research capabilities, financial modelling expertise and in-depth sector knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for tracking companies, analysing industry trends, developing investment ideas and publishing comprehensive research reports for institutional clients.

Sector-wise Requirements:

We are hiring analysts across the following sectors:

1. Pharma, Chemicals & Hospitals

2. Real Estate, REITs & InvITs

3. New-Age Stocks, Defence, Retail & Consumption

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth fundamental research and analysis of companies within the assigned sector.
- Track industry developments, market trends, regulatory changes and key business drivers.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including revenue projections, earnings estimates and valuation models.
- Analyse company financial statements, business performance and competitive positioning.




- Prepare comprehensive equity research reports, sector updates and investment recommendations.
- Identify investment opportunities and develop actionable stock ideas for institutional clients.
- Monitor quarterly results, corporate announcements and key developments impacting covered companies.
- Interact with company management, industry experts and other market participants to gather insights.
- Present research findings and investment views to institutional clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Sell-Side Equity Research.
- Strong experience in covering at least one of the sectors mentioned above.
- Prior experience with a reputed institutional brokerage / equity research firm preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling, company valuation and fundamental analysis.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing and communication skills.
- CFA, CA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualifications preferred.
