Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Epic Metric Development Consultant with solid knowledge of healthcare data, Epic EHR systems, and clinical and operational metric development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing healthcare metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and improve clinical and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, configure, and maintain healthcare metrics using Epic data.
2. Design and develop clinical and operational KPIs to measure healthcare performance.
3. Create reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators.
4. Work with Epic reporting and analytics tools such as Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Radar,



and Reporting Workbench.
5. Analyze healthcare data related to patient care, clinical outcomes, physician productivity, and hospital operations.

- Strong SQL and healthcare data analysis skills.
- Experience developing clinical and operational dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical data.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Epic Clarity certification is a must.
- Epic certification in relevant reporting or analytics modules.
