Key Responsibilities:

- Drive structured migration of technology data and operations functions with minimal disruption and controlled risk
- Establish governance frameworks milestones and performance metrics to ensure successful transitions
- Ensure service continuity and stable performance during and after transition phases
- Leverage automation AI and data driven approaches to improve efficiency productivity and cost optimization
- Design and implement technology and data infrastructure including cloud platforms data pipelines security and access controls
- Ensure infrastructure is secure compliant scalable and aligned with enterprise standards
- Coordinate data migration environment setup testing and system stability across global teams
- Foster alignment with organizational culture values and ways of working across geographically distributed teams
- Enable collaboration through structured communication leadership engagement and knowledge sharing initiatives
- Promote a high performance innovation driven and collaborative work environment
- Own transition planning including sequencing readiness assessment capacity planning and risk management
- Manage cross functional dependencies and ensure explicit stakeholder accountability across programs




- Drive process standardization operational clarity and KPI definition across teams
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee knowledge transfer SOP creation and operational readiness to achieve steady state operations

- Establish and manage end to end technology and data governance frameworks including security access management and data quality
- Ensure infrastructure readiness for scalability automation and future technology adoption
- Build and enable high performing global capability teams focused on operational excellence and digital maturity
