- Federation, reverse proxy for legacy web applications and other authentication protocols
- MFA, risk-based and password-less authentication
- LDAP directory service configuration
- Microsoft Graph API permissions governance
- Appropriately skilled personnel with applicable certifications as required by WD; WD may review and approve Key Personnel
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and operate the Access Management platform for run-time access control; operate and maintain AM technology including software release updates
- Design, implement and operate application onboarding to run-time AM (federation, reverse proxy for legacy web applications, other authentication protocols) for a single-sign-on experience
- Design,
integrate and operate secure authentication methods – risk-based, multi-factor and password-less
- Design, implement and maintain application-level access control catalogs (entitlements)
Service Delivery Expectations
- Report performance against Service Levels; inform WD immediately of any vulnerability, weakness or security breach
- Identify, develop and implement Supplier process improvements for security, integrity and compliance
- Adhere to WD’s data security classification policy; ensure Supplier tools and services integrate with WD Configuration, Change, Problem and Incident Management systems
