Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing ERP implementation projects across client organizations. This full-time remote role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while coordinating with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful system deployment. The ERP Project Manager will analyze current business processes, translate requirements into ERP configurations, and support testing, training, and change management activities.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project risks and issues, preparing status reports,



aligning ERP solutions with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in system usage and process efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP implementations.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess business needs, interpret data, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in Business Process analysis, mapping, and optimization to align workflows with ERP capabilities.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting and project financial management skills to plan, track, and control implementation costs.
- Relevant experience managing complex technology or business transformation projects, preferably in a consulting or services setting.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setup.
- Familiarity with change management, user training, and post-implementation support practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
