Role Overview

Valistus International School invites applications from passionate and experienced English Language Teachers to facilitate engaging, inquiry-led learning for Middle School students within an international curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English Language and Literature in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, comprehension, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that promote inquiry, creativity and independent learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, collaborative learning and the wider school community.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with a recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed.



preferred).
- Prior experience teaching an international curriculum (Cambridge/IB/IGCSE) is essential.
- Strong understanding of international pedagogical practices, curriculum frameworks and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, classroom management and student engagement skills.
