Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Engineering Manager to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing software engineering team. In this fully in office leadership role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between technical squads and product groups, translating technical constraints, architectural trade-offs, and systemic risks into clear business outcomes. This position requires a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise across full-stack applications, deep cloud infrastructure ownership, and active people management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership &
- Architecture: Author comprehensive technical designs, maintain end-to-end platform architecture matrices, and engineer highly resilient, zero-downtime application environments.

- Multi-Level Observability: Architect and deploy multi-tiered monitoring systems spanning the execution layer, databases, underlying cloud infrastructure, and third-party API integrations.

- Roadmap Alignment &

- Agile Delivery: Coordinate directly with product owners to evaluate implementation feasibility, map complex integration flows, and govern delivery schedules using Agile frameworks.

- DevOps &

- FinOps Governance: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines, define cloud scaling requirements,



and architect a corporate FinOps strategy with a clear focus on tracking and optimizing AI infrastructure costs.

- Talent &

- People Management: Build, manage, and scale engineering cohorts by defining precise professional growth plans, executing performance appraisals, and delivering technical mentorship.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Extensive experience leading technical engineering teams while remaining actively hands-on with system design, architectural blueprints, and high-performance coding workflows.

- Deep full-stack proficiency managing end-to-end platform expansions using tools like Node.js, Python, Next.js, MongoDB, RESTful microservices, and system integrations.

- Strong practical experience deploying environments on the AWS Cloud ecosystem alongside structured infrastructure budget management frameworks.

- Conversant with the modern LLM landscape, focusing heavily on production AI engineeringspecifically integrating intelligent automated workflows into real-world business software.

- Comprehensive understanding of data privacy rules, information security protocols, and secure application development guidelines.
