Lead and manage engineering, design, quality, and technical support functions to ensure construction works are delivered safely, in compliance with project specifications, approved designs, quality standards, and schedule requirements. Oversee design coordination, document control, material approvals, client co-ordination, site engineering activities, and testing programs while ensuring all processes are supported by current and effective documented procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and support to Construction Managers and project teams.
- Manage internal and external design activities to ensure safety, compliance, and timely project delivery.
- Oversee QA/QC, engineering documentation, and technical submissions.
- Ensure effective document control, revision management, and distribution of project information.
- Direct site surveys, dimensional control,



and engineering verification activities.
- Review and approve material submittals, technical data, and product compliance documentation.
- Manage laboratory testing programs and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Establish and maintain engineering procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure all engineering activities meet safety, quality, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering management within construction High Rise Building projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Robust knowledge of design management, QA/QC systems, document control, and construction methodologies.
