Role & responsibilities

Implementation of management tools like tpm to increase overall productivity of plant & to reduce the down time.

Maintaining history cards , maintenance logbooks of all critical machines To develop local vender.

To train &motivation; with head office project team for expansion of unit.

Inenty control through spare parts management.

Installation and commissioning of new machines

Make record of break down vs. production.

Valuable knowledge of PLC , HMI, AC Drive & Servo motor.

To ensure preventive breakdown&predictive; maintenance of following machines-

- ALU ALUmachine,blister,compression,and other injection machine maintainence
- Pneumatic tools.

All utility,Water system and Air compressor, HVAC system,boiler etc.
- Nitrogen plant,Oxygen plant and 500 KVA GENSET.
