Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed Bar Bending Schedules based on structural drawings.

- Calculate steel quantities and monitor reinforcement consumption.

- Coordinate with site engineers, structural consultants, and contractors.

- Review reinforcement drawings and resolve discrepancies.

- Optimize steel utilization to minimize wastage.

- Maintain BBS records, revisions, and material reconciliation reports.

- Support procurement and planning teams with steel requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- 6+ years of experience in BBS preparation for construction projects.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rebar CAD, Excel, and quantity estimation.

- Strong understanding of RCC structures and reinforcement detailing.

- Valuable analytical and communication skills.
