Position: Engineer – Operations & Preventive Maintenance
Department: Project Department
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, DG sets, pumps and other utility systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment reliability.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors and external agencies.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills:
- Solid technical knowledge of engineering operations and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
