Job SummaryAn Engineer responsible for electrical machine maintenance will ensure the efficient operation and longevity of electrical machinery. They will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime. Additionally, they will troubleshoot electrical issues, maintain detailed records, and adhere to safety standards.

Their role will be pivotal in supporting production processes and ensuring the reliability of electrical systems within the facility.Responsibilities

- Hand on experience in PLC, Siemens, Fanuc, troubleshooting and basic Programing.
- Utility section monitoring, maintaining and give feedback of spares (D.G set,



Compressor, LT panel, Capacitor panel, RO plant, Transformer, UPS & Earthing pits,5 S in maintenance workshop)
- Knowledge of servo and stepper motors and their programming
- Knowledge of Turning centers/VMC machines in aspect of electrical and mechanical terms (Specially Mazak and LMW machines)
- Hand on experience on industrial scanners and cameras along with their programming (Specially Keyence and Omron)
- Spare parts management
- Managing maintenance budget within the target
- Loose wiring, aesthetic check, electrical component check.
- Check Leakage of water, air, lubricant oil and arrest the same
- Diesel monitoring.
- All electrical work related to IT department.
- All LAN cable work (new cable laying & breakdown)
- All plant light work.
- Inform about impending problem.
- Preventive maintenance of pumps and chucks.
- 5 S in maintenance workshop.
- Machines breakdown attend
- Machines preventive and predictive maintenance execution
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Maintain daily logbook System, interpreting and take action.
- Ensue all Testing of Equipments, safety items (safety belts, air receiver, lifter, stacker, hand pallets, transformer, VCB)
- Monthly review of breakdown, preventive maintenance records
- Ensure calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems




- Monitoring of shop floor area & environment aspects
- Utility data monitoring (Electricity, water, air, gas etc.)
- Machine history card data logging
- Preventive and predictive planning and execution
- Maintaining records of breakdowns, history cards, corrective and preventive maintenance, MTTR/ MTBF, 5 major breakdown reporting along with analysis
- 5why 1 H analysis
