Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Execution

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.

- Execute RCC works, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other structural elements.

- Monitor masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing and finishing works.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

1. Quality Control

- Ensure quality of construction materials and workmanship.

- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete pouring and masonry activities.

- Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality testing.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.

1. Measurement & Billing

- Verify quantities of work executed at the site.

- Prepare and check measurements and quantity statements.

- Verify contractor bills and material consumption.

- Assist in preparation of BOQs and estimation of materials.

1. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.





- Coordinate with the Safety Department to implement safety practices.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and protected working conditions.

- Report unsafe practices and site incidents.

1. Documentation

- Maintain site registers, measurement books and inspection reports.

- Maintain records of drawings, revisions and site instructions.

- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

- Relevant experience in building construction projects.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in civil construction / building projects.

- Experience in RCC structures, finishing works and site execution is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
