About the Role

We are seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer with solid expertise in Windshield Wiper System Design & Development for passenger vehicles. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product development, including concept design, CAD/CAE analysis, prototype fabrication, testing, validation, and vehicle integration. The ideal candidate should possess advanced CATIA V5/V6 skills, hands-on prototype development experience, and a solid understanding of automotive D&D; processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop windshield wiper systems including:
- Wiper Motor
- Linkage Mechanism
- Pivot Assembly
- Wiper Arm & Blade
- Control Module
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CATIA V5/V6.
- Perform GD&T; analysis and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Conduct CAE simulations including:
- Structural Analysis
- Kinematic Studies
- Fatigue Analysis
- NVH Evaluation
- Prepare and review DFMEA, DVP&R;, Control Plans, and validation reports.
- Support OEM interactions for technical discussions, design reviews, and engineering changes.
- Manage BOM releases, ECN changes, and PLM/PDM documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and tooling teams to ensure DFM compliance.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining documentation and timelines.
- Present technical findings and project updates to management and OEM customers.

Must-Have Requirements

Education

- B.E./B.Tech any of following-

Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering

Experience

- 2-5 years in Automotive Product Development.
- Hands-on experience in:
