WE ARE HIRING | Engineer – After Sales Support & Maintenance

Location: Pune / Maharashtra ( Bavdhan Road )

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical / Production

We are looking for a technically sound and proactive Engineer – After Sales Support & Maintenance with experience in customer complaint handling, maintenance, and technical service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints, maintain complaint records, and ensure timely acknowledgement and resolution.

Evaluate technical complaints, coordinate with internal departments and suppliers, and prepare action plans.

Coordinate material, manpower, installation, testing, and final acceptance for complaint resolution.

Monitor sub-supplier activities and provide regular updates to customers.

Conduct customer visits and generate business opportunities for preventive maintenance.

Manage annual spare parts requirements, forecasting, and maintenance planning.





Develop expertise in CO₂ compressor maintenance and routine electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Handle AMC proposals, maintenance contracts, and customer training programmes.

Maintain SAP material databases, technical documentation, and O&M; manuals.

Support ISO system implementation and after-sales service process improvement.

Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and production engineering.

Experience in maintenance and after-sales support.

Good customer handling and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage multiple activities.

Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.

Preferred Industry Background:

EPC companies in the Process Industry / Technical Manufacturing Environment.
