Role & responsibilities

- Energy Management: Monitor and optimize energy usage across facilities and operations through energy audits, performance assessments, benchmarking, and efficiency improvement initiatives.

- Project Management: Plan, implement, and oversee energy conservation projects, including energy-efficient technologies and system upgrades, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.

- Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable energy regulations and standards while driving initiatives related to carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy, and resource optimization.

- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement emerging energy-saving technologies, best practices, and innovative solutions to improve energy performance.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the Energy Conservation Cell team, establish performance objectives, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with senior management, departments, external agencies, government bodies,



and industry partners to promote energy conservation initiatives.

- Budget & Performance Management: Develop and manage the department's budget, ensure cost-effective resource utilization, and regularly monitor and report energy savings, project outcomes, and sustainability performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, chemical Energy Engineering, or a relevant discipline.

- Certification in Energy Management, Energy Auditing, or Energy Conservation will be preferred.

- Hands-on experience in executing energy conservation and energy efficiency projects at industrial sites or operational facilities is essential.

- Robust knowledge of energy audits, energy optimization, energy-saving technologies, and performance monitoring.

- Proven ability to independently identify, implement, and monitor energy-saving initiatives.

- Its Individual Contributor role .and based out of a manufacturing plant
