Position: Embedded Software Engineer – SoC Validation (Pre-Silicon / Post-Silicon)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Develop embedded C software, device drivers, and reusable frameworks for SoC bring-up.
- Work on SoC subsystems such as Camera, Display, GPU, Memory, and Security.
- Develop bare-metal and RTOS-based software.
- Support software development and debugging on Zebu/Palladium emulation platforms.
- Perform waveform analysis and debug hardware-software interaction issues.
- Analyse signals, clocks, transactors, and memory access-related problems.
- Collaborate with architecture, RTL, and silicon validation teams.
- Debug and optimise software across emulation, FPGA, and silicon platforms.

Technical Skills





- Hands-on experience with Zebu and/or Palladium emulation .
- Positive understanding of ARM Architecture .
- Strong knowledge of SoC Architecture and Subsystems .
- Experience in embedded software development and silicon bring-up or validation enablement.
- Understanding of hardware IP functionality and interaction between SoC blocks.
- Experience with waveform analysis and emulation-level debugging.
- Understanding of transactors, signals, clocks, and memory access issues.
- Hands-on experience with at least one high-speed interface: PCIe, USB, Ethernet, eMMC, DSI, or HDMI .
