Position: Firmware Engineer

Experience: 2-6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Contract:12 Months

We are looking for an Embedded Linux Engineer with 24 years of hands-on experience in embedded systems, Linux development, and multimedia applications. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of Linux device drivers, C/C++ programming, and multimedia frameworks, with exposure to hardware evaluation boards and FPGA/SoC technologies.

Role & responsibilities

- Work on embedded Linux and multimedia application development.
- Debug and troubleshoot Linux device drivers and system-level issues.
- Work with multimedia frameworks such as V4L2, DRM, and GStreamer.
- Perform hardware board bring-up activities, flash binary images, and collect system logs.
- Work with Yocto Linux build systems.
- Debug issues related to video processing and multimedia applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and maintain technical documentation.
