Hiring: B2B Email Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage B2B prospect database building, email discovery, verification and bulk cold email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build large, targeted B2B prospect databases.
- Find, enrich and verify business emails using Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, Clay or similar tools.
- Run personalized, segmented cold email campaigns with automated follow-ups.
- Manage sending accounts, domains and inboxes.
- Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, replies and sender reputation.
- Maintain suppression and unsubscribe lists.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of professional B2B Email Lead Generation experience.




- Hands-on experience in prospecting, email verification and cold outreach.
- Understanding of email deliverability and privacy requirements.
- Ability to share measurable campaign results, including verified prospects, bounce rates and positive responses.
