Hiring: Email Outreach & Campaign Management Specialist – B2B

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (In-Hand)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Role Overview:

Manage targeted B2B email outreach campaigns, improve campaign performance and generate business opportunities through effective prospecting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create personalized and segmented cold email campaigns.
- Set up automated email sequences and follow-up workflows.
- Manage sending inboxes, domains and campaign infrastructure.
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, replies and sender reputation.
- Optimize subject lines, messaging, targeting and CTAs.
- Maintain unsubscribe, exclusion and suppression lists.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of skilled B2B Email Lead Generation experience.




- Hands-on experience running cold email campaigns.
- Knowledge of email outreach platforms and prospecting tools.
- Understanding of deliverability and privacy compliance.
- Ability to share campaign metrics and measurable results.
