Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician/Executive to support laboratory operations related to electroplating processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in volumetric analysis, Hull Cell testing, chemical handling, and bath maintenance. Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) standards and electroplating processes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine chemical analysis using volumetric analysis techniques.
- Conduct Hull Cell tests to evaluate plating bath performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and maintain electroplating bath parameters as per process requirements.
- Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals safely in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and laboratory records.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration compliance.
- Record test results and maintain laboratory documentation as per QMS requirements.




- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for plating-related quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Sc./B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in electroplating industries.
- Hands-on experience in Basic Volumetric Analysis and Hull Cell Testing.
- Awareness of Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Knowledge of chemical handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in maintaining laboratory records and reports.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in electroplating processes such as Zinc, Nickel, Copper, Chrome, Tin, or Precious Metal Plating.
- Knowledge of bath chemistry control and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and laboratory best practices.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
