Position : Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job location : Jamnagar - Gujarat

Contract : 09 Months - 1 year payroll (Rotostat) Extendable contract

Duty Hours: 8 Hours Per Day On 3 Rotational Shift Bases / 6 Days working

Bachelor Sharing Accommodation & Local Site Transportation company will Provided.

No Food.

Mobilization & Demobilization on candidate cost company will not pay the travel tickets.

QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- ITI/Diploma - Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics
- Relevant Industry Experience preferably from Automobile/Machining/Electronics / Paint / Chemical Industry with minimum 1- 2 years of experience.

Job Responsibilities :

- Should be able to demonstrate job knowledge & skill essential for executing his job effectively.
- Should be able to carry out and assist with easy problem-solving /troubleshooting in the field.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and SPM machine instrumentation and control systems.
- Maintenance and calibration of Sensors, Transmitters, Encoders, Proximity Sensors, Photoelectric Sensors, and Limit Switches.
- Having Experience power and control cabinet wiring.
- Having Knowledge of electrical components like transformers,



relay, contractors etc.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems and Remote I/O.
- Maintenance of Industrial Robots, AGVs, Servo Drives, Servo Motors, and Motion Control Systems.
- Maintenance of HMI, SCADA, and Industrial Communication Networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
- Calibration and maintenance of Pneumatic and Electro-pneumatic Control Systems, Solenoid Valves, and Instrument Air Components.
- Maintenance of Vision Systems, Barcode/RFID Systems, and Safety Interlocks.
- Knowledge of Power & Control Panels, Instrument Wiring, Loop Checking, Signal Testing, and Commissioning.
- Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of Instrumentation and Automation Systems.
- Reading and interpretation of P&IDs; (where applicable), Instrument Loop Diagrams, Control Schematics, GA Drawings, and OEM Manuals.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, and SPM machine instrumentation and control systems.
- Maintenance and calibration of Sensors, Transmitters, Encoders, Proximity Sensors, Photoelectric Sensors, and Limit Switches.
