Position: Electrical Engineer/ Manager

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Electrical Engineer

- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in industrial projects

Electrical Manager
- 15+ years of relevant experience in industrial projects

Industry Preference Candidates with experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Power, Fertilizer, Metals, Manufacturing, or other large Industrial Projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Engineer

- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Monitor site execution activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Support engineering reviews and resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and construction departments.
- Conduct inspections and performance evaluations of electrical systems and equipment.
- Review vendor documents and provide technical inputs during procurement activities.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.

Electrical Manager




- Lead electrical engineering and project execution activities for industrial facilities.
- Review and approve electrical system designs, specifications, drawings, and engineering deliverables.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and HSE guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams while ensuring delivery of project objectives.
