Role Description The Electrical Executive Engineer will oversee electrical systems and equipment within the ferro alloys manufacturing operations at the Baleshwar facility. This full-time, in office role involves designing, reviewing, and maintaining electrical infrastructure, including power distribution and power systems for plant machinery and utilities. The person in this role will monitor electrical performance, troubleshoot faults, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include collaborating with production and maintenance teams, optimizing energy usage, supporting upgrades and project implementations,



and preparing technical documentation and reports.

The Electrical Executive

Engineer will also participate in vendor coordination and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in electrical reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical understanding of electricity and industrial applications.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design, including layout, equipment selection, and system integration for plant operations.
- Experience with Power Distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks.
- Knowledge of Power Systems analysis, protection, and reliability in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in metals, mining, or process industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards, Indian codes, and relevant regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and prepare clear technical reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or extended hours as per plant requirements.
