Project Engineer / Site Project Manager (Substation Projects)

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Engineer / Site Project Manager for handling Electrical Substation Projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing complete site execution activities from planning to commissioning.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete management of substation project execution at site.

Planning, monitoring, and supervising electrical and civil activities.

Coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Handling manpower deployment, material planning, and work progress.

Preparation and submission of daily/weekly progress reports.

Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.

Understanding and execution of drawings, BOQ, layouts, and technical documents.





Coordination for testing, commissioning, billing, and handover activities.

Ability to resolve site issues and manage project timelines effectively.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Experience in Substation / HT Line / Electrical Infrastructure Projects preferred.

Positive knowledge of electrical systems, project execution, and site coordination.

Ability to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation will be preferred.
