Key Responsibilities:

- Manage smart meter installation, replacement, testing and commissioning.
- Handle LT, LTP and LTP-2 metering activities.
- Manage meter reading, recovery, disconnection and reconnection.
- Coordinate with field teams, consumers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor HES/MDM, meter data and billing-related activities.
- Identify meter issues, tampering and irregularities and coordinate resolution.
- Support revenue recovery and reduction of commercial losses.
- Prepare field reports and ensure timely closure of meter-related cases.

Required Skills: Smart Metering, Meter Management, Meter Installation, Meter Recovery, LTP/LTP-2 Metering, HES, MDM, Meter Reading, Revenue Recovery, Field Operations and Customer Coordination.
