Key Responsibilities

- Develop interactive eLearning courses or other digital learning content, using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
- Transform maritime procedures and regulations into engaging training content
- Collaborate with marine subject matter experts - SMEs (Masters, Engineers) to transform complex maritime content into engaging eLearning materials.
- Create multimedia assets (video, audio, scenarios, simulations)
- Deliver LMS ready training (SCORM/xAPI compliant)

Skills, Qualification And Experience Required:
- 4+ years’ experience as eLearning developer or multimedia development
- Robust skills in Articulate 360.
- Eperience in using multimedia software ( Adobe CC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Synthesia, Premier pro, etc ).
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong project management and organizational skills,



with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset and the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging and visually appealing learning materials.
- Experience in compliance or technical training ( maritime is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment.
- Experience working in a multinational environment is highly desirable.

Essential:

Education

· Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Learning, Instructional Design or a related field.
