Position: Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 per month (₹3 LPA)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding educational courses, programmes and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, conducting counselling sessions, following up with prospective students and driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programmes and career options.
- Handle inbound enquiries, outbound calls and walk-in students.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests and career goals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission procedures and advantages.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.




- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate student records, lead status and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with admission and academic teams for smooth enrolment.

* Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in education counselling, admission counselling or EdTech sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Experience handling student enquiries and admission conversions.
- Knowledge of admission processes and educational programmes.
- Comfortable with telecalling, CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.
