EDM WIRE CUT OPERATOR

ROLES & REPONSIBILITIES :

Operate Wire cut EDM machine for precision cutting of companies as per production requirement.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and machining specifications

Set up the machine, workpiece fixtures and wire electrodes before starting operations

Ensure accurate cutting of components within specified tolerance

Maintain proper surface finish and dimensional accuracy of machined components.

Identify trouble shoot wire breakage, machining errors and machine related issues.

Knowledge if wire cut EDM machine operations

Experience with precision measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer and height guage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
