Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels for clients and internal projects. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product listings, monitoring pricing and promotions, and improving conversion rates across e-commerce platforms. The role involves analyzing performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with marketing and design teams to enhance the digital customer experience.

Specialist will also support campaign execution, troubleshoot e-commerce issues,



and ensure accurate, up-to-date content and inventory across all marketplaces.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce skills, including platform management, product listing optimization, and familiarity with online marketplaces.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making evidence-based optimization decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders while supporting a positive buyer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as understanding funnels, upselling and cross-selling techniques, and promotion planning.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with digital marketing tools, proficiency in Excel or other data analysis software, and knowledge of SEO for e-commerce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
