Job Overview:

The Listing Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce platforms and the company’s website. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and creativity in presenting products to maximize visibility, sales, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, upload, and update product listings on e-commerce portals (e.g., Etsy, Shopify, company website, etc.).
- Write clear, attractive, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
- Ensure accurate entry of product specifications, pricing, SKUs, and other details.
- Upload high-quality images and videos provided by the editing/photography team.
- Regularly monitor listings for errors, missing information, or policy violations.
- Conduct competitor research to ensure competitive pricing and effective keyword usage.
- Coordinate with the SEO/Marketing team to optimize product visibility.




- Update inventory status, offers, and promotional listings as required.
- Generate listing reports and submit them to HOD.
- Ensure timely corrections in case of discrepancies or rejected listings.

Requirements & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce product listing (jewelry industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (with formulas) and MS Word.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Valuable communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SEO, Marketing, Photography, Editing).

Experience: Fresher to 2 years
