We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who combines technology delivery expertise with strong business judgment to lead enterprise consulting engagements across eCommerce, Data & AI. This role requires an independent, client-facing leader who owns delivery, earns stakeholder trust, and contributes to account growth.

- Bring 10+ years of relevant experience in software delivery and project management, including leading enterprise projects in a consulting or client services environment.
- Demonstrate successful delivery in eCommerce, Data and/or AI, with the technical understanding to challenge estimates, assess dependencies, and explain business and technology trade-offs.
- Own delivery from discovery and planning through implementation, launch, and transition to support, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
- Translate client objectives into practical delivery plans, realistic estimates, clear milestones, resource requirements, and measurable success criteria.
- Lead distributed, cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, data, QA,



and business functions; drive accountability and resolve obstacles proactively.
- Serve as the primary client contact, managing enterprise stakeholders, leading governance meetings, facilitating decisions, and handling difficult conversations confidently.
- Apply strong project management fundamentals across Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches, selecting practices that fit the engagement and maintaining explicit delivery visibility.
- Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes; communicate their impact early and drive resolution with practical recommendations.
- Maintain commercial discipline by tracking project costs, resource utilization, forecasts, and margins, and securing approval for changes affecting scope, timelines, or fees.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through a clear understanding of client priorities; partner with account and solution teams to develop relevant, value-based proposals.
- Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Operate with initiative, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through, independently managing complex engagements with minimal supervision and agreed overlap with client time zones.
