Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations &

- Marketplace Systems Specialist to support the day-to-day operational and data-management activities of the customer project. The role will be responsible for product onboarding and maintenance across ERP and Amazon platforms, pricing and inventory validations, freight and Amazon Repricer checks, and administration of relevant Amazon database, Seller Central and ERP database updates. The successful candidate will ensure that product, pricing, inventory, shipping and account information is accurate, current and updated within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Onboarding &
- Maintenance

- Manage product onboarding and maintenance across the ERP system, Amazon database and Amazon Seller Central.

- Ensure product information is complete, accurate and consistent across the relevant systems.

- Coordinate and process approved product changes and updates.

1. Pricing, Cost &
- Commercial Validations

- Update product costs and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) information as required.

- Validate business pricing and ensure pricing information is accurate across applicable systems.

- Review and validate repricer settings and outputs; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accuracy and consistency of pricing-related data in line with approved business instructions.

1. Inventory &
- Freight Validation

- Validate inventory information and investigate stock discrepancies across relevant systems.

- Perform freight validations and check that freight-related data is accurate before updates are completed.

- Escalate mismatches, exceptions and data-quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

1. Amazon Database Management

- Maintain Amazon database information, including warehouse alterations and shipping template updates.

- Perform validations and updates relating to RANKE, VENPROD, PRODLINE and ARVENDNO fields.





- Maintain and update repricer rules in accordance with approved business requirements.

- Update order information and tracking IDs on the customer site, as required.

- Manage disabled products and maintain records of product status changes.

- Maintain restricted-brand and restricted-item information in accordance with internal approvals and marketplace requirements.

1. Amazon Seller Central Management

- Manage listing alterations and product listing maintenance in Seller Central.

- Delist and relist items that have received the required approval.

- Maintain restricted-brand information and ensure listing actions follow applicable approvals and policies.

- Validate account health and Business-to-Business (B2B) status, and escalate issues that may affect account standing or selling activity.

1. SX.e Database Management

- Process approved SX.e database changes received through email requests.

- Perform STATUSTYPE, TAXTYPE and VENPROD alterations accurately and maintain an appropriate record of completed requests.

- Verify changes after processing and seek clarification where requests are incomplete or inconsistent.

1. Coordination, Controls &
- Documentation

- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify requests, resolve discrepancies and complete updates within agreed service timelines.

- Follow approval processes and maintain an audit trail of changes, validations and exceptions.

- Prioritise tasks based on business impact and communicate delays, risks or unresolved issues promptly.

- Maintain process documentation and support continuity of day-to-day operations.

Required Skills &





- Competencies

- Hands-on experience with e-commerce operations, product/catalogue management or marketplace operations.

- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, delisting/relisting and account-health checks.

- Experience working with ERP systems and business databases
- SX.e experience is an advantage.

- Strong understanding of product data, pricing, cost, MAP, inventory, freight and repricer validation processes.

- Comfortable performing structured database-field validations and controlled data updates.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data comparison, filtering, sorting and validation.

- High attention to detail, accuracy and ability to identify data inconsistencies.

- Robust follow-up, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience &

- Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related discipline preferred.

- Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, Amazon marketplace support, ERP operations or product data management.

- Experience supporting US e-commerce marketplaces or working with Amazon-related product and order data would be an advantage.

- Experience with database maintenance and structured operational workflows is desirable.
