About the Role

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage our online selling operations and help grow our sales across online marketplaces and our own website. You will handle everything from product listings to order processing, making sure our online store runs smoothly and customers stay happy.

Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our website/Shopify store

- Write explicit product titles, descriptions, and bullet points, and optimize them for search

- Manage product images, pricing, stock levels, and offers

- Process daily orders, coordinate with the warehouse for packing and dispatch, and track shipments

- Handle returns, cancellations,



and customer queries on time

- Respond to customer reviews and messages professionally

- Monitor sales, ad performance, and competitor pricing, and share regular reports

- Support running ads and promotions on marketplaces and social media

- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and payments in Excel or Google Sheets

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
