Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive who can independently manage end-to-end operations across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and Shopify.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing seller accounts, product catalogues, inventory, order processing, account health, marketplace escalations. The candidate must be capable of handling daily operations independently and resolving marketplace-related issues without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Account Management

Independently manage day-to-day operations across Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Ajio, and Shopify.

Monitor seller dashboards, account performance, operational notifications, and marketplace policies.

Ensure smooth functioning of all marketplace accounts.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams and account managers for issue resolution.

2. Product Listing & Catalogue Management

Create, manage, update, and optimize product listings across marketplaces.

Handle product titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords, images, attributes, and variations.

Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, catalogue mismatches, and ASIN-related issues.

Maintain catalogue accuracy and ensure products remain active and purchasable.

3. Account Health & Policy Compliance

Regularly monitor Amazon Account Health and other marketplace performance metrics.

Handle Amazon Andon Cord cases, product quality complaints, listing violations, and policy-related issues.

Prepare and submit effective Plans of Action (POA), QC reports, and supporting documents.

Handle account warnings, listing deactivations, and performance-related escalations.

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

4. Order & Inventory Management





Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and pending shipments.

Maintain accurate inventory across all marketplaces.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.

Manage FBA, Easy Ship, and seller-fulfilled operations.

Monitor stock availability and prevent overselling and out-of-stock situations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.

Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Practical experience with Myntra and Ajio seller portals.

Valuable knowledge of Shopify operations.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

Strong understanding of marketplace policies, seller performance metrics, and account health.

Excellent coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple marketplace accounts.

Must-Have Experience

Candidates must have practical experience in:

Independently managing at least 2–3 major e-commerce marketplaces.

Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra account management.

Product listing creation, catalogue optimization, and listing troubleshooting.

Andon Cord cases, POA submissions, and QC documentation.

FBA, Easy Ship, inventory, and order management.

Marketplace payment reconciliation and claims.

Resolving seller account issues and marketplace escalations.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, accountable, detail-oriented, and capable of taking complete ownership of marketplace operations.

Note: Candidates with only data-entry or basic product-listing experience will not be preferred. We are specifically looking for someone who has independently handled complete e-commerce marketplace operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
