Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our domestic and international marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing seller accounts, optimizing product listings, driving sales, managing advertisements, and improving overall marketplace performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Noon, and International Marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily operations across domestic and international e-commerce marketplaces.

Handle seller account on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Noon, and International marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, profitability, and marketplace growth.
- Monitor product listings, catalogue content, pricing, inventory, and stock availability across platforms.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and other listing attributes to improve visibility and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales reports, advertising performance, conversion rates, and other key business metrics.
- Manage marketplace account health, order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, catalogue management,



order fulfilment, and dispatch.
- Track competitors, market trends, pricing strategies, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational guidelines.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and AJIO.
- Experience handling international marketplaces, particularly Noon and Amazon International.
- Solid understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, product listing optimization, and account health.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising, campaign management, sales analytics, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and marketplace seller dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in both domestic and international marketplace operations will be preferred.
- Experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle product categories will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be commercially driven, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing marketplace operations.
