1. Sales Target Achievement: Drive online sales and achieve monthly sales targets across assigned e-commerce platforms.

2. Marketplace Account Management: Manage product listings, catalogue updates, product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability.

3. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve product visibility, and expand the business across online marketplaces.

4. Pricing &

- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and promotional activities to maintain competitive and consistent pricing.

- Promotions &

- Campaigns: Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discounts, deals, and seasonal campaigns to achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability.

- Product Availability &

- Inventory: Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.

- Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports covering revenue, units sold, target achievement,



product performance, and growth trends.

- Profitability Management: Monitor selling prices, gross margins, discounts, and promotional costs to achieve sales targets while maintaining the required profit margins.

- Order &

- Customer Service Coordination: Monitor order fulfilment, cancellations, returns, customer complaints, and product ratings, coordinating with the relevant teams for timely resolution.

- Marketplace Compliance: Ensure product listings, pricing, promotional activities, and account operations comply with each platforms policies and guidelines.

- Business Development: Identify opportunities to list recent products, expand marketplace presence, and improve sales of slow-moving and high-potential products.

- KPI Achievement: Track and achieve assigned KPIs, including sales growth, target achievement, product availability, conversion performance, and account Management.
